What is Mechanical Hoist? 

The mechanical hoist is the modernized version of the pulley logic used since ancient times. It consists of two fixed and one movable free wheels concentric and rotating together. They are widely used in businesses due to their easy maintenance and small size.

The biggest feature of the hoist is that the lifted load can stop at the desired position without any intervention and the force required to lift the load is low. The disadvantage is that the load is lost from the road as a result of the prolongation of the lifting time, that is, the load wheel moves very little in one revolution of the handwheel.

How to Choose the Product:

First of all, we need to calculate the capacity we need correctly. First of all, the mass of the target load determines our target load. Another choice is to determine the distance at which the load should be lifted. You should add the loss distance of the product to the height of the mass and calculate the distance you will lift. You can choose a low ceiling hoist for narrow distances. These few parameters allow us to reach the right product that we need.

Security:

Our products are manufactured on the basis of a safety factor of 1x1.5 during the production phase. For example, 1500 kg of our 1000 kg capacity product is tested and offered for sale.

Another factor of our safety is the quality of the load chain used. Chain produced in grade 100 load chain class is used in our products. The Safety Coefficient is 5:1. For example, the chain of 1000 kg hoisting chain breaks at 5000 kg.

Another security factor is the strength of the hooks. The lower or upper hook is produced in the form of grade 80 and the safety factor is 4:1.

The safety latches at the ends of the hooks prevent them from coming off the hook. The upper and lower hooks with swivel prevent the hoist from twisting and jamming.
